Managing the proofing process using multiple e-mail messages and attachments had become time consuming and cumbersome. ProofHQ streamlined the process with a central repository of activities and approvals.

 

E-mail notifications take reviewers directly to a proof stored in the ProofHQ central online repository. From there, reviewers have a host of options to make comments and revisions. When done, another click indicates the proof is approved (or not approved) and a notification is sent back to the initiator. “ProofHQ caught my eye because of how easy it is to use,” says Tabitha Mapes, Senior Marketing Manager. “We didn't want to take a huge amount of time adjusting to the learning curve.”
