New ProofHQ Knowledge Base

We have created a new ProofHQ Knowledge Base, which is designed to let you find help topics and advice quickly and easily.

The Knowledge Base is divided into sections showing you how to:

You can access the Knowledge Base from the Help menu in ProofHQ.

If there are any topics that you would like us to add, please contact us.

Don’t forget that you can also get information from our Forum and this blog.

The Knowledge Base pages were created using Central Desktop’s Wiki features.  It was easy to create a basic style sheet, add video and screenshots and link from page to page.  The pages were created by the ProofHQ support team and required zero programming experience.

July Service Level Report

Here is our service level report for July:

——————————————————
Name:           ProofHQ Production
Service:        HTTP
Host (port):    www.proofhq.com (80)
Check period:   3 minutes
# of checks:  14631
# of outages: 34
# of failed : 132
Uptime:         99.098 %
Avg. response time: 0.201 s

The report is provided by www.serviceuptime.com.

July was not a great month for service levels, due to a very high level of DDoS attacks.  Although we remained above 99% uptime, there were periods when ProofHQ was available but slow.

We have worked hard to address these issues and have seen a huge improvement in the last few days.  Obviously, we are keeping a close eye on activity.
