How we roll at ProofHQ
ProofHQ people are spread around the world. I am based in the UK and travel a lot to the US. Many of the development team are based in Poland. We are on Skype all day every day - it’s our virtual water cooler. Sometimes I sit here in the UK itching with excitement about new features.

When client review goes bad!
Ok, so we are into helping streamline client review, but sometimes things can go a little too far.

Updated ProofHQ Intro Movie
As we have released a new design for the proof page, we thought that we should update the intro movie…
New proof design released
We have updated the proof page to make it easier for reviewers to understand:
- Add Comment will be a big yellow button top left
- Make Decision will be a big green button top left
- There will be a new navigation menu in the header next to the filename. This will take users to the Details page, Dashboard or Workspace (if the proof is in a workspace)
- Versions have been moved to a tab in the sidebar
- Workspace items have been moved to a tab in the sidebar.
Here’s a couple of screenshots explaining more:
“Proof first opened” in Activity streams
You can now see when your reviewers first open a proof in your Activity stream.
