Measuring in pixels, inches and millimeters

The measure tool on the proof page now includes the ability to measure in inches and millimeters.
These additional options are available for files where the file dimensions are known e.g. PDF and Microsoft Office documents. For other files types where the file doues not have a physical dimension the measurement is in pixels only.
The measure tool is available in the footer of the proof page.
When you open the measure tool you will see a measuring area which you can drag and resize over the element on the proof that you want to measure. The measurement is shown in the measure tool.
If you have a markup open in edit mode and open the measure tool the markup itself will be measured.
