This is a great new feature for enterprise clients developing a piece of collateral that requires multiple files or web pages for review and approval. Rather than creating a separate proof for each, you can save time and effort by combining the files and URLs into one single proof.
To do this, simply go to the New proof page and then:
1. Upload the files you wish to combine (files can be of different file types, but currently AV files cannot be added to a combined proof).
2. Select Combine files into a single proof.
3. Re-order the files as you wish.
4. Give your combined proof a name.
In the Proof details page, the filename will become “Combined files” (1) with a link to view the individual file list next to it (2).
You can create a new version of this combined proof and, if you have created the previous version from URLs, you can choose to save time and copy the URLs over to the new version (1).

THIS IS ONLY FOR ENTERPRISE CLIENTS?!? You are kidding. I have been waiting for this feature for about 3 years. And now it is only available for enterprise clients?! WHAT A CRUEL JOKE
