Support for Action Script 2.0 SWF files
Previously, ProofHQ supported SWF files that were generated using Action Script 3.0 (AS3). We now also provide support for SWF files generated using Action Script 2.0 (AS2) by allowing a reviewer to view the SWF in a separate tab/window. The reviewer will still able to make comments and decisions in ProofHQ.
Web capture names include the URL
We have now added the URL of the web capture to the Filename field in the proof details page. This means that it will be easier to manage web capture proofs based upon their URL.
Proof details activity
Proof ownership changes will now be included in the activity log. You can view the activity on a proof by expanding the “Activity” section on the Proof Details page.
Default email alert for contacts
You now have the ability to set and change the default email alerts for individual contacts. The default email alert is used when proofs are created or shared with individual contacts.
Dropbox
New settings include:
- Send proof message on activation: If this is disabled, reviewers will not be sent the initial proof emails.
- Activate proof on submission: If this is enabled, proofs submitted via the Dropbox will automatically be activated.
