Scope creep
In the past, it has often been difficult to track the scope of a project or to approach a client to let them know their revision numbers or project is coming to a close. With ProofHQ, we can upload multiple versions of a file without overriding the last version. This allows all proof participants to review previous revisions. When it comes time to upload the final file for review, it is easy to show a client we have completed the scope of work as required as it is all logged in one place.
