SocialBridge and ProofHQ webinar on improving agency-client collaboration

SocialBridge and ProofHQ webinar on improving agency-client collaborationCollaboration drives agency-client relationships

Today’s business relationships are driven by technology, and brands expect their agencies to be leading the adoption of tools to improve project management and collaboration.

Central Desktop in “The state of agency/client collaboration report” reports that 38% of the brands they surveyed decided not to award their business because the agency did not have adequate collaboration tools to manage the account. In addition, 71% of client‐side respondents reported that they view a single collaboration system as a competitive differentiator for an agency over competing agencies. ProofHQ now integrates with Adobe Creative Suite for seamless online proofing

If you work with Adobe Creative Suite applications, we have some great news for you. Now users can integrate these applications with ProofHQ without any modifications to their system.

CTRLReviewHQThe intuitive add-on, CtrlReviewHQ, helps to overcome one of Adobe users’ biggest challenges – managing feedback and approval of creative projects. Traditionally, designers have to create PDF or JPG files and email them as large attachments to the review team. In many cases, they have to print and manually distribute the hard copy proofs. Collating and verifying comments, and dealing with conflicting feedback can be very time-consuming. It leads to seemingly endless  rounds of emails and CC’s until inboxes reach a breaking point.

Integrating Adobe Creative Suite with ProofHQ eliminates these problems completely. With CtrlReviewHQ, designers share documents with the review team straight from Adobe Creative Suite. Reviewers receive a link to the online proof and add markups, make comments, collaborate and make decisions in ProofHQ. As the review team provides feedback, the designer can see the comments appear in Creative Suite in real time right inside InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, making it easy to implement the change requests quickly.
