One of the top priorities at ProofHQ is to keep our customers up to date with the product changes. We are happy to announce a new series of webinars showcasing our latest product updates and features. More importantly, these live events will provide ProofHQ users with the valuable training needed to easily incorporate the enhancements into their ProofHQ experience.

Led by a ProofHQ product expert, the webinars will take place during the last week of every month and will be extremely useful to any ProofHQ user regardless of their product skill level.

As some of you will know, we recently expanded our Customer Services team. We have four new team members to help you with your every ProofHQ need 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday! I wanted to introduce you to the new team and let you know how we introduced them to ProofHQ.

On November 12, we will be making some fantastic enhancements to the Folder details page for a brand new look and greater usability when working with folders.

These updates will bring the Folder details page in line with the enhancements made to the Proof details page for a much more intuitive user experience.

The new page will include the following improvements:

• An overall new look and feel
• Inline editing of Folder details and proof Workflow process section for faster updates
• Enhanced action buttons (Move to, Share the folder, New sub-folder, Export proofs to Excel, Delete the folder) that help you easily manage folders and their contents
• Enhanced views, searching, sorting and filtering of folder contents

On Monday 22nd October we will be changing the name of Dropbox to Dropzone. This change will affect enterprise customers only and is to avoid confusion with the unrelated company, Dropbox.

What changes can you expect to see?

The first thing that you will notice is that terminology in ProofHQ has changed from Dropbox to Dropzone. This includes the URL and email address used by your guests to upload files. However, the old URL and email address will continue to work.
