Audit trail

The Activity log provides you with a complete audit trail of all activity in your account. Activity logs are also available at proof and folder level.

Backups

You can request weekly backups of all your data in the form of a zip file. The backup includes all of your files, plus XML data about each proof.

Advanced password management

Advanced password management gives you the ability to require users to manage their passwords within specific criteria e.g. mandatory upper and lower case characters, inclusion of one number and so on.

Custom fields

Custom fields give you the ability to capture customized data about your proofs. This is useful for workflow management and reporting. It can also be used to route proofs in your workflow as custom fields can drive routing from one part of your process to the next.

Custom fields are completed when proofs are created and can be edited on the proof details page. They can be displayed as columns in custom views and in reports.

There are many types of custom fields including free text, drop-downs, radio buttons, dates, etc.

Actions on comments

Actions on comments let you assign an action to each comment thread. You can define your own list of actions. You can then filter comments by actions.

Actions are typically used by proof owners to decide what will be done with each comment, e.g., "Make change", "No change", "Request clarification".

Web dropbox

The Dropbox lets you receive files for proofing from people outside your organization without them having to have a login to ProofHQ.

Your account has a customized Dropbox URL e.g. yourbrand.proofhq.com/dropbox. From that page, guests can upload files into your ProofHQ account. You can set up a proof submission form for them to complete and this can include custom fields.  

Once the proof is submitted it is available in a Dropbox Folder in your ProofHQ account. From there you can route it through your workflow, including adding other reviewers. The Dropbox can be used to submit new versions of a proof.

Email dropbox

There is also an Email Dropbox. Your account has a customized email address e.g. dropbox@yourbrand.proofhq.com. Guests can send emails with attachments to that address and the attachments will be placed in the Dropbox as new proofs.

White label branding

Advanced white label branding options are available to Enterprise clients. These include fully customized login and logout pages, and full domain customization, e.g., http://proofing.yourbrand.com.

There is a small addition set-up charge to cover the cost of our technical team working with you to arrange SSL certificates and implement your customized login page design.

White label options take customization to the next level. You can have your own color scheme, help pages, header, footer and terminology throughout the application.

The cost of implementing these white label options varies depening on the extent of customization that you require. Your account manager can provide more details.

In addition to adding your own logo and color scheme, ProofHQ allows Enterprise customers to add their own custom favicon, page title and text throughout the application. You can also add your own help links to ProofHQ and the Proof Viewer and custom links in the header.

Priority support

Enterprise clients receive priority support. There is a dedicated email address for support requests, and service level agreements are available.

Dedicated account team

Enterprise clients have a team of dedicated account managers at the ready, to handle account and technical support.
