I was successful in uploading one of 5 files in pdf format. all others keep coming back in the activity log as deleted by system as invalid file types.

I have rechecked the file, resaved, no security applied, or printing limitations. renamed to shorter file name.

yet I am still unsuccessful in uploading the pdf's.

Kenneth. There are a couple of reasons why a file may fail to process.

- If it is "print protected" in settings this will cause a problem. To solve this just make sure that no print protection is turned on.

- Very large dimension graphics files may also not process. We are changing software and adding firepower to the image processing hardware in the next couple of weeks which will address this, but you can reduce the dimension of the file and it will process.

If you have problems with a file, please email it to support@proofhq.com and we will analyse it for you.

Will you be adding support for CorelDraw files?
Mat Nov 25th 2009
Hi Zeljko. I have emailed you about this.

Suggestion?
Not sure if this is mentioned elsewhere. I'd like to provide a url (and login details if needed) and have proofhq upload an image of that page as a proof (and as a more advanced option, provide either a set of urls, or ask proof hq to spider walk the site to generate a multi-page proof).

Hi Neil. This is already available.

Clcik on the "Capture Web Pages" option on the New Proof page.

What about multi-page Web sites that require a log in? Or just multi-page sites? Right now it seems I would have to provide every URL manually.

Also what about an animated gifs? It seems to only take the first frame.

We do have some enhancements coming out over the following few months.

Right now we're focussing on the Audio/Visual enhancement which is available on request and should be fully live in September. We are also working on supporting SWF as this requires a very different strategy.

The next enhancement will add support for URLs with HTTP authentication.

Finally will be multi-page sites. If you'd like more information on how this will work, please contact us directly at support@proofhq.com. We're keeping the solution under wraps as we believe it will transform the way websites are reviewed.

Great, I can't wait for these to be implemented as it is the few things holding us back.

will 3D formats be supported in the future? Like 3D pdf and f.e. eDrawings?
