Currently the only way I can find to add a contact to a proof version is to share it with them by email. Is there a way that you can add someone to a proof and choose whether or not they receive the email notification that they have been added? I have users who are sensitive to the number of emails they receive and would really like to control it if I could.
Coming back from a customer today with the same question. They would really like this functionality! The scenario our customer wants is that they get a message when the first proof is sent. And then on the next the person responsible for the proof gets a mail. All the other in their workgroup are are silently added to subsequent proofs.
