Have the proof automatically lock once the deadline has passed. Trying to avoid late changes/requests if I forget to lock the proof.
Hello Problem 1 I have been using Proof HQ for a number of years and love it! However I feel sad that the recent improvements to the decision buttons are not available to me as I am not on the enterprise level. I would love the ability to hide the 'Not Relevant', 'Pending' and 'Approved with changes'; buttons. Even though I tell clients to ignore those buttons in the initial email and in the decision pop up, they still click them.. leading to me having to call them Problem 2 ALSO I have another big problem which I have had since the start... clients make changes and then do not make a decision... a week later they call me in a rage asking why I haven't done a second proof yet! I know I can set it to notify me when anything happens, but how do I know if they are just taking their time making their changes and have more to make, or if they are finished making changes and are expecting a new proof? Can we have a pop up after every comment is saved asking them are they finished... if so click here... if not dismiss (for example) Problem 3 After my clients approve they always email me to tell me they have approved.. which creates unnecessary emails I have to respond to. I think it is because after you approve, the proof just sits there.. people are unsure if it 'went through' ok. They are used to using eCommerce forms where they are re-directed to a thank you page etc. I know there is a pop up which I use but it seems to be insufficient. Could you send them to a new window (not pop up) which is a customizable thank you page (so I can put in my own text telling them we have their approval and what will happen next) Thanks Karen
Is it just me or is the text that ready "Go to proof" inside the HTML email sent for proof NOT LEGIBLE? It's like a blue font on top of a blue button?? Please fix.
I was responding to a comment left by a colleague, when, instead of saving, I clicked on another comment - realised I hadn't saved and then clicked Save. I then noticed that my 'feedback' to the original comment was instead saved on the other comment - something that can be undone, but there should be something that says that you haven't saved your feedback before allowing the focus to change to the next comment.
We've run into a recurring problem where reviewers post a new comment directed at another reviewer, but after that reviewer already looked at, and gave their approval to the proof. Because the majority of the people on our proofs have their settings at "replies to my comments", they never see new comments directed at them after they've looked at the proof. I don't want to tell them to change their email status because they really don't want to get unnecessary emails. It would be nice, if a comment is directed at another reviewer, to have either a box at the bottom of the comment window where the author could "poke" another reviewer (pardon the facebook lingo), or an auto-recognition feature that sends an email to people whose names appear in the comment. Thanks for listening. John
