fees to go on top! If you need to proof a large number of documents, or have more than 10 people who need to
review or approve documents, you should check out our Enterprise plans.

What is a User?

  • A "User" is someone who has a login to your account.
  • You can share proofs with anyone who has an email address. They do not need to be a user. We call these "Guests".
  • Users are normally people who create and manage proofs. However, you can also give user accounts to people who need to login to see a dashboard of the proofs that have been shared with them.

Can you explain your pricing?

  • We charge a flat price per month (or per year if you choose an annual payment option). This price is all inclusive with no additional fees. 
  • The number of users, proofs and storage that you can use depends on the pricing plan that you choose.  
  • All proofs have a set number of versions. Should you go over that limit the new version will count as a new proof. For more information about versions click here.
  • Proofs with multiple pages count as a single proof.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take place immediately. Downgrades take place at the end of your current billing period.

When you upgrade you will only be charged pro-rata for the days remaining in the current billing period, so if you upgrade mid-month you only get charged part of the price difference between the two plans.

Can I upgrade my account?

Of course! You can upgrade your account at any time and will only be charged the pro-rata amount for the remainder of your subscription period for the difference in plan costs. The upgrade will take affect immediately.

Can I downgrade my account?

Of course! You can downgrade your account at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing period. If you do not downgrade your account before the end of the billing period your account will auto-renew and you will be charged. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.

All plans include:

  • Version control — Manage proofs through multiple version, including powerful comparison features.

  • Custom Views — Create your own views of the proofs that you manage. Export as spreadsheet reports.

  • Branding — Put your brand on proofs, the login page and your dashboard.
  • Sub-domain — Create your own sub-domain, for example http://yourbrand.proofhq.com.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. Bank payments are accepted but only for annual payment plans.

Can I pay a year in advance?

Yes, just choose the Annual payment option when you start or upgrade a paid plan.

How long do I need to sign up for?

You can subscribe monthly or annually. After the first payment we will automatically charge your credit card every month/year until you cancel. An invoice will be sent every month/year by email.

Can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time. The cancellation will take affect at the start of the next billing period. If you do not cancel your account before the end of the subscription period your account will auto-renew and you will be charged. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.
