Prevention is better than cure, so to deliver uninterrupted access we have put in place a robust and resilient technology infrastructure to pre-empt issues. Our engineering team plans aggressively, looking at customer growth, sales pipeline and forecasts, and usage in the previous 2 to 3 months. Our objectives are to put in place infrastructure way in advance of requirements.
However, in the event that a worse case scenario occurs, we have created a Business Continuity Policy to prepare for the unlikely event of an extended service outage caused by factors outside our control.
For customers of our Unlimited Edition, we commit to performing in accordance with our published Business Continuity Policy. This policy sets out in detail processes and procedures for dealing with and extended service outage. It is regularly reviewed and updated, and is a key component of our SSAE16 audit.
